Handy parking right next to the hotel in a secure car park (note an additional fee for this). Good value for money and nice hotel bar that we had a drink in one evening. The staff were very friendly and full of recommendations of where to visit in Bordeaux. There was a fitness centre which we didn't visit but a nice addition for some.

The location of the hotel is within comfortable walking distance of many of the fine attractions. As a solo traveller I felt totally safe within the hotel and its environment The staff were super friendly always smiling and always available to give advise on where to shop,sightseeing and nearby restaurants The room was clean and spacious as was the en suite with all one needs for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered the usual selection and was well presented I would like to give a special nod to Le Petite Brassier a little restaurant located just round the corner from the hotel I had dinner there on 3 nights the food exceptional and the price very affordable.Also across the road from the hotel is the Mariadeck Mall that has a superb supermarket,Archan for anything you need the range is amazing

The layout of the room was excellent and i loved the privacy. it was very clean and not shabby or outdated. had absolutely everything you would need. The good parking just next to the hotel and 2 min away tran stop would take you to the airport. It was 41C and hotel had everything you don't need to go anywhere else. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is very tasty 100% stay again

The location was great and the staff were really good. The room met all our needs. There was a young lady on reception I think her name was Elise, she was brilliant and helped make our stay much more enjoyable with help and advice

I missed cereal like weetabix or muesli as choice was hard cereals which I cant eat! Maybe I just didnt see it. Rest of breakfast was lovely.

The location was good in so far as it was easy to walk into the old town of Bordeaux and had easy access to the trams and airport connection bus. The staff were excellent and very obliging, especially Anthony and Marion.

Excellent breakfast, with plenty of choice. Front of house staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming. Th hotel is a few minutes' walk from a tram stop on a line leading to the city centre, so it was very convenient. The location itself was very quiet, with no traffic noise, though being in the 'commercial centre' it could possibly feel a bit intimidating outside business hours and after dark.

Nespresso machine in bedroom, comfy bed. Robe and slippers. Very quiet at night so uninterrupted sleep. Didn't eat there so no feedback on food. Staff very helpful and Pleasanton reception with excellent English. Short walk to town centre.
